LINDSEY CRELIA, LCSW-S, RPT-S, RSW

Lindsey, founder and owner of Nested and Known, specializes in supporting children and adults with sensitized nervous systems, who have experienced attachment disruptions and complex/developmental trauma, parenting & perinatal mental health concerns, and chronic pain. She has a special interest in providing neuro-affirming support for neurodivergent clients and professionals. 

She believes in human’s innate capacity for resilience and healing and is an advocate for individualized care with an emphasis on relational connection and felt-safety. Her guiding framework is strengths-based, person-centered, affirming and rooted in attachment theory. She utilizes trauma-informed, neurobiologically-based, somatic (body-based) and experiential therapies including: play, art, sandtray, yoga, and outdoor therapies. Lindsey has specialized training in Somatic Experiencing and nervous system regulation techniques, EMDR, Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Therapy and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. 

Lindsey received a Bachelor of Social Work from Baylor University and continued her studies at University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Master of Science in Social Work, Clinical Concentration. She spent her early career as the program director of a non-profit clinic specializing in complex trauma for teens and adolescents, facilitating individual and group therapy, directing a therapeutic camp- incorporating art, music, equine, and activity based (ropes course) therapies, and partnering with local agencies & school-districts to provide trauma-informed care for children and families. She has worked in community non-profits supporting survivors of domestic violence and abuse and in interdisciplinary group practice settings. 

Lindsey values life-long professional development and recognizes a need for support, mentorship, and consultation regularly throughout our professional development. Lindsey provides clinical supervision for Social Workers and Play Therapists, and provides consultation for mental health professionals. She also facilitates professional development and continuing education trainings on a variety of topics. Please see events for current offerings.

TAYLOR SNIDER, LPC, NCC

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Taylor Snider received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and continued her studies at Oklahoma City University receiving her Master of Education in Applied Behavioral Studies.

Taylor focuses her work with adults, relational partners and couples. She is currently pursuing a certification with extensive training in in sex therapy. Taylor is passionate about providing support for people experiencing interpersonal conflict and/or intimacy challenges including sexual “dysfunctions,” mismatched desire, and those desiring to explore ways to increase felt connection and pleasure.

Additional she enjoys working with athletes and performers to aid in managing performance anxiety, return to play protocol, and everyday stressors that they experience daily.

She has experience with a multitude of mental health concerns, including anxiety, life-transitions, depression, and maternal mental health. She looks to provide support and skills for individuals to face stress and grow with the challenges and seasons that life throws at them.

Taylor utilizes an integrative approach to helping her clients, pulling from from various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, solution-focused, and person-centered.



LIBBA CORSON, LMSW

LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER

Libba works with children and adolescents navigating attachment wounds, developmental trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, family changes, low self-esteem, and dysregulation. She has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents with highly sensitive nervous systems who experience the world deeply, helping them understand their sensitivity as a strength while developing tools to navigate moments of overwhelm.

Libba earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Mississippi College and her Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration from Baylor University. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker currently obtaining clinical hours toward independent licensure under the supervision of Lindsey Crelia, LCSW-S, RPT-S, RSW. Her background includes child welfare, psychiatric residential treatment, churches, and school-based social work.

Her approach is relational, experiential, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming, with a focus on attachment and nervous system functioning. She draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), sandtray, therapeutic art, and somatic approaches to help children and teens express what can be difficult to put into words.

Libba believes that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships and includes the whole family. She hopes to create a therapeutic space where children and caregivers feel understood rather than judged as they build greater connection, emotional regulation, and confidence.

ELISE NICKLE, LCSW

LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER

Elise Nickle received her Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and Master of Social Work from Texas Tech University.

Elise works with teens and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, existentialism, and more. With her specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), Elise particularly enjoys working with clients navigating the perinatal period, before pregnancy , postpartum, and the adjustment to parenthood, as well as supporting individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

She utilizes an integrative approach, drawing from attachment theory, mind-body connection practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapies.
