The house has several transition ramps and flooring height changes from room to room, which are wheelchair accessible. While the space has been designed for accessible pathways, toys, objects and furniture can occasionally be temporarily rearranged. We encourage guests to move carefully and take their time while moving through the space, but pathways for safe mobility will be continually monitored.

We attempt to provide options that accommodate dietary restrictions if we are providing food during an event or training.

Smell: We attempt to use natural cleaning products and essential oils instead of heavy fragrances inside our offices. Sometimes strong scents can linger in spaces where essential oils or art supplies are used, and/or shared community spaces.
Lighting: We respect different lighting preferences. We do not use fluorescent lighting and can dim or increase the brightness in our individual office spaces.
Sound: We acknowledge sound and acoustics are tricky in shared spaces.
We ask that you are mindful of sound in common spaces as there are other offices in the building.
We are continually working to increase sound proofing and acoustics in the space as curated, tranquil offices support regulation during sessions. And some clinicians use musical instruments / drumming in sessions and welcome children’s verbal expressions in the play therapy spaces, which may feel like a distraction to others. If there are noises that become a distraction during your time, we are more than happy to collaborate to support sound and sensory needs.

We currently have English speaking providers and are looking to expand our services in the future. If you have other communication preferences or other conditions that impact speech, our clinicians are trained in therapeutic modalities that do not necessarily require verbal processing such as sandtray, play, expressive arts, and/or somatic experiencing. We can work together to explore options that work best for you.
We strive to make our space safe, welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for all. Below is information about the space that might be helpful to know before you arrive. You are welcome to reach out with any questions or to request if there is anything that would help make the space more comfortable or accessible during your time with us. We value your feedback and are continually assessing to increase accessibility.
